10 Easy Dinners Guaranteed to Raise Your Vibrations

dinners raise your vibration

If you're low on energy, want to lose weight, or just looking for great recipes to boost your frequency then you've come to the right place. I've gathered 10 incredible dinner recipes that are guaranteed to raise your vibrations, boost your energy and help you lose weight effortlessly.

When I first started eating "healthy" I went through all these phases of fad diets. I thought I was eating healthy but later learned that I wasn't. Your diet should boost your energy, clear brain fog, and definitely not make you feel worse.

It wasn't until I switched the game up and started eating for health and energy instead of weight loss and lean muscle. That's how I came across the paleo diet and now this is how I eat 85% of the time.

What is the Paleo Diet?

The paleo diet is an effort to eat like our ancestors. Like, our WAY back ancestors. Rather than eating processed foods, sugars and trans fats you only eat foods that could be hunted or grown like nuts, meat, fish, vegetables, etc. If a caveman couldn't eat it, then neither can you.

Pasta, cereal, pizza, and all the boxed foods have to go with this diet. You want to focus on lean meats, fish, and foods that come from the earth. You may be thinking this is just another fad diet but give it a try before you knock it.

Many diets are not sustainable and often require you to cut calories but paleo is different. You don't have to worry about calories. You eat when you're hungry and there's an infinite number of recipes. All of this adds up to a highly sustainable way of eating.

And you'll lose weight and build muscle while doing it!

I can tell you that for me personally, I prefer eating this way. I've gotten in the best shape on this diet; I've maintained high(er) energy the whole time, had no brain fog, and felt great. So I would consider this more of a lifestyle rather than another "diet".

How The Paleo Diet Raises Your Frequency

If you want to know the importance of frequency, check out this article. The highest frequency foods are fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, fish, raw nuts, etc. And the lowest frequency foods are those that are processed. You can raise the frequency of foods even higher if they are organic and/or picked fresh.

Since the paleo diet focuses on eating only what a caveman could eat, your food on this diet is naturally higher frequency. When I switched my diet away from processed and low frequency foods, I began immediately having more energy, getting sick less, and feeling better about myself in general. Not to mention that I lost weight and began looking better without changing anything else about my routines.

Once you switch to eating live foods like those in the paleo diet, you'll notice a major difference in all of those areas too. You may also notice a better emotional state during the day and better stress response from raising your frequency.

Health Benefits of the Paleo Diet

There are many benefits beyond those mentioned above. In fact, studies show the paleo diet can actually improve glucose tolerance more than the Mediterranean diet (which is a very popular eating style).  Glucose tolerance is a pre-diabetic condition that's tied to insulin resistance and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

It can also help improve metabolic syndrome ( factors that raise your risk for heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and other health problems) and type 2 diabetes. These are just a few of the many benefits to eating paleo. If everyone switched to paleo, it would solve most of the health problems we're facing today and save us a lot of money in healthcare.

According to the American Diabetes Association, in 2012 the cost of diabetes and prediabetes was $322 Billion dollars in America! That's just for diabetes and its gone up since 2012. Beyond the financial cost, life is not fun when you don't have health and energy.

  • I was reading your article about raising vibration and diet, I agree that the freshest, organic fruits and veggies fall into the category of “high” vibration, however I disagree with eating meat as raising vibration. Meat is a dense and low vibration food and especially when it is processed unethically!
There are so so many diets out there and lots of folks want to offer advice.
In the end we all have to find what works for us and our system, no one diet will ever be right for everyone.

  • Hi Liz,

Thanks for the feedback. I should have been more specific. Meat is in fact low frequency when unethically treated or processed poorly. However, when processed correctly (preferably organic) and eaten in moderation meat is fine for most people. You’re absolutely right that there is no diet that works for everyone 🙂
