5 Powerful Morning Meditations You Can Watch For Free

Every day offers you a new beginning. We all “know” this on some level but understanding it is a whole different ball game. When you truly understand something, it changes your behavior.

There’s been times throughout life where I’ve heard this statement. And I was always like, “yeah, I know”.

But this statement is profound when you think about it. Every day is a new opportunity. You can choose to do something different with your life each day.

You can wake up and decide to quit your job. You can decide to go back to school. Or you can decide that you’re never going to live unhappy again. It may sound irresponsible and I’m sure there’s a million reasons why you “can’t just…” but the option is there regardless.

I decided a while back that I was going to meditate regularly, first thing in the morning. The goal being to stop the mental chatter before it had a chance to start.

It worked pretty well for me. Each day I meditate, I feel great.

I miss days here and there (nobody’s perfect) but overall I’ve found this is one of the best ways to start the day.

In this post we’re going to show you some of the best morning meditations available on YouTube for absolutely free. And hopefully, you’ll decide to give them a try.

The Benefits of Morning Meditation

Meditating in the morning gives you a unique opportunity to direct your focus before your day starts. For me, I wake up and drink a big glass of water and some coffee/tea.

I give my mind a few minutes to wake up a little bit because I’ll fall asleep sitting up if I don’t. Then I sit on the couch or a meditation cushion, chill out and focus. Its become a therapeutic practice over time.

I’ve found that pretty early on I noticed myself feeling much calmer during the day. Despite taking the extra time to meditate, I found myself getting more done because my concentration increased significantly. You’ll most likely find the same results.

On top of that, meditation has a lot of health benefits including:

And these are just a few of the many benefits. No exaggeration, my meditations have helped me so much!

The Best Free Morning Meditations On YouTube

These are ranked in no particular order. You can pick one and try it out to see what you think. I intentionally chose meditations of different lengths so you can meditate even if you only have a few minutes.

1. Guided Morning Meditation (10 minutes to kick start your day).

With almost 2 million views and a ton of “thumbs up”, this is a great place to start. Its only ten minutes long so you should be able to do it even if you don’t have much time.

2. Louis Hay’s Morning Meditation

You may have heard of Louis Hay already; but if you haven’t, she’s the owner of the Hay House. Which is a huge publishing company that published many of Wayne Dyers books among many other famous books.

This meditation is a little longer at about 25 minutes but its worth the time input.

3. Self Love Morning Meditation – Louis Hay

If you liked the meditation above then you’ll probably like this one since it’s by the same woman. This particular meditation might be a Saturday morning meditation rather than a week day since it’s almost an hour long.

That being said, give it a try and I think you’ll like it.

4. Morning Guided Meditation for a Positive & Productive Day

Here’s a quick and easy morning meditation that’s only about ten minutes long. It’s very relaxing and easy to do if you’re low on time.

5. Guided Morning Meditation for Positive Energy

And here’s the final one on our list. It’s quick (about 10 minutes) and all about positivity and focus. I like the calming voice of the woman in this one. Its almost hypnotic in how relaxing it is.

As you can probably tell, I like shorter meditations. I’m a busy person and I don’t always have a lot of time available. So I keep it short and guided right now.

Sometimes I do longer meditations (like weekends) but for the weekdays its usually 10-30 minutes max. The guided morning meditations help me focus, get relaxed quickly and move on with my day.

What do you think about these meditations? Let me know in the comments below!
